F.M. ("Chunky") Latham, III, P.E., President, has been involved in program development with design professionals for over 37 years. As president of DTI, he develops and leads training programs for DTI and its subsidiaries that focus on understanding and using behavioral characteristics. On behalf of DTI, Mr. Latham provides management consulting services to businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations, specializing in problem identification, outcome focus and team building.

He has been instrumental in providing overall direction and team planning for DTI's major subsidiary, McCrone, Inc. Skills include facilitating, expediting, project management, and development of financial alternatives for viable projects.

Mr. Latham holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland and is a registered professional engineer in seven states. He is past president of the Professional Services Management Association and a member of the Chief Executive Network, the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers, and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.

Donna M. Bassindale, CPS, Executive Assistant to the President, has been with DTI for over 17 years. She assists Mr. Latham in a variety of functions for Design Teams, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including administration, marketing, personnel, purchasing, and the management of two buildings where subsidiary offices are located.

Ms. Bassindale holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She achieved the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) rating from the Institute for Certifying Secretaries, a department of Professional Secretaries International.

Kimberly B. Gomoljak, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, supervises all client accounting functions for the DTI operating companies. She is responsible for the administration of the 401(k) pension plan, payroll, employee benefits, and all other corporate financial issues, and has been appointed as corporate secretary of DTI's subsidiary, McCrone, Inc.

Ms. Gomoljak, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, and completed her accounting course work at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Society of Tax Accountants.
